Municipal Analysts of the Rocky Mountains (MARMOT)

ABOUT US

Municipal Analysts of the Rocky Mountains (MARMOT) was established as a nonprofit corporation to promote the common business interests of public finance professionals living and working in the Rocky Mountain region, including Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Utah, and Wyoming. MARMOT was approved as a Constituent Society of the NFMA with an effective date of January 1, 2021.

MEMBERSHIP

MARMOT welcomes members who meet the standards outlined in the By-Laws. Membership dues are collected annually by the NFMA on behalf of MARMOT. Members of constituent societies are automatically members of the NFMA. Visit the NFMA membership page.

EVENTS

MARMOT generally holds four events each year to encourage engagement with other municipal bond professionals in the region. Events include both in-person outings as well as virtual discussions to accommodate the broad geographic reach of the society. Past events include a cyber-security panel, a municipal bond outlook discussion, and a tour of Denver International Airport (photo below).

Upcoming events are listed on the NFMA Upcoming Event Calendar.
